We love Fridays. But more importantly, we love the Friday Feeling. And the only thing to top the Friday Feeling on its own is the Friday Feeling with a Crunchie. So we thought we'd bring it together in one mega celebration, every Friday (of course).

Each Friday we're giving away a box of Crunchies (48 bars) to the person who tells us the best Friday Feeling on either Twitter or Facebook. It could be something that's making you feel it, a fun way of creating it or something we haven't even thought of yet. We're looking for creativity. To enter, all you need to do is...

- On Twitter, post a Tweet that includes the #fridayfeeling hashtag, and make sure you're a follower of @crunchie so we can contact you if you win

- On Facebook, become a fan of Crunchie and post your Friday Feeling on our wall
